At Peony, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn garments with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are happy to assist you with a full refund or a size exchange to ensure your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
